What is luxury vinyl flooring?
A multi-layer floor that pairs a realistic wood or stone visual with a waterproof core and a durable wear layer — the look of natural materials with far easier care.
What is carpet tile?
Carpet supplied in modular squares instead of broadloom rolls. Tiles are easy to transport, install, and replace individually, which makes them practical for offices, basements, and busy family spaces alike.
Are your vinyl floors waterproof?
Yes. Our luxury vinyl is built on a waterproof core, so it works in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and laundry rooms.
Are your floors suitable for homes with pets and kids?
Yes. Vinyl wear layers resist scratches, stains, and daily traffic, and carpet tile lets you swap out a single tile if one section ever gets damaged.
Are Vizion floors certified?
Our floors carry SGS testing, CARB 2 compliance, and VOC-free certification.
Choosing a floor
How do I choose between vinyl and carpet tile?
Vinyl is the go-to for moisture-prone or high-traffic areas and a wood or stone look. Carpet tile brings warmth, comfort, and quiet — ideal for bedrooms, offices, and lower levels. Many projects use both.
Can I see a floor in my own space before deciding?

Do you have matching trim and transition pieces?
Yes. Colour-matched mouldings — T-moulding, reducer, and stair nosing — give every transition and stair edge a finished look.
Installation & care
How are Vizion floors installed?
Our vinyl planks click together and float over the subfloor — no glue required. Carpet tiles install modularly. We recommend professional installation; your dealer can connect you with experienced installers.
How do I clean and maintain my floor?
For vinyl: sweep regularly and clean with a damp mop and a pH-neutral cleaner — no waxing needed. For carpet tile: vacuum regularly and spot-clean spills promptly.

Can I order directly from your website?
