This statement sets out the standards Vizion applies to itself and requires of the suppliers, agents and other third parties with whom it does business.

- child labor.
Vizion supports the principles set out in the International Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
3. What we require of our suppliers
Compliance with this statement is a condition of doing business with Vizion. Suppliers are required to:
- refrain from using forced or involuntary labor in any part of their operations;
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations prohibiting forced labor in the supply chain, including the U.S. Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act;
- ensure that their own suppliers, subcontractors and any other third parties involved in supplying Vizion meet the same standards;
- treat every worker with dignity and respect, and ensure that all work is undertaken voluntarily and that workers are free to end their employment in accordance with applicable law.
4. Traceability and documentation
Suppliers are required to be able to trace the goods and materials they supply to Vizion back to the raw material stage, and to respond promptly to requests from Vizion for information or documentation demonstrating compliance with this statement, including documents supporting supply chain mapping.
5. Monitoring
Vizion reserves the right to assess supplier compliance with this statement, including through supplier questionnaires, management meetings and audits of supplier facilities, and to engage third parties to carry out such assessments.
